Cheapest on the net and delivered within a week of placing the order. Can't fault them.

My order was delivered with a customs import declaration from Hong Kong. There is no mention of this when you're ordering. I will go elsewhere in future.

The delivery, however, was quite quick and fulfilled completely.

I paid but contact lens were not delivered.
I made contact to Customer Center many times but no response.

My goodness, NEVER buy from these people! I ordered contacts in January, and was told they should arrive in 5-10 days. I finally received them in MARCH after giving up, sure they would never come and buying some elsewhere. Their customer service only answer e-mails sporadically, and are not very helpful. The money saved is not worth the hassle of dealing with this company. I rarely take the time to review anyone, especially negatively, but I am so frustrated with this company that I am going to try and warn as many people as possible to NOT ever order from them.
