12th Feb: Ordered and paid for contact lenses from Lensplanet
26th Feb: No news so I chased them up - told will ship 8-10days.
20th March: No news so chased them up
21st March: They state will ship 8-10 days (supplier problems) - identical email to the one sent on the 26th Feb (cut and paste ?)
22nd march: I cancel and ask for refund.
To date no refund - I have chased on 4 occasions always to be told 'it will be passed to accounts dept and paid in 4-6 days'.
As of today my emails are not being answered possibly as I told them I would be reporting a fraud to the police and Jersey trading standards.

Summary: 1 month delivery instead of 5 days; total ignoring of requests for cancellation and reimbursement; it seems that the products are counterfeit => wasted time and money, terrible experience and frustration

I ordered a package of contacts in the middle of December, and it didn't arrive for over a month after. I emailed them because I couldn't find what I ordered under my account information, and they said it would be sent out in 3-5 days. That's what they always told me 3-5 days. They never bothered to tell me that they were apparently having vendor problems, until it was being shipped out. That was a month after the fact. I expressed my unhappiness and have never had a company not care to fix their follies, but this company never offered to give free shipping or anything. Please do yourself a favor and don't bother with this poor excuse for a company. Look around a little bit more and find someone else to order from.

Lensplanet is a criminal online scam, pure and simple. They will take your money, you will never receive a product from them. All the positive reviews are fake, they appear all over the web, containing the same wording.

Terrible. They delivered damaged contacts and refused to take them back.
